主要职责：

1. 统筹分公司各渠道新契约、保全、续期、收付费的业务规划，保证分公司各渠道新运营条线工作的顺利开展并不断创新；
2. 监督、指导各岗位对相关政策及业务流程的执行，追踪管控新契约、保全、续期、收付费KPI指标的达成；
3. 负责运营部正式及外包人员的团队建设，以及部门费用预算和管控；
4. 与运营总部新契约、保全、续收、收付费等部门保持良好的互动关系，协助总公司做好分支机构筹建的系统测试、流程制定、手册编写、传承辅导等工作，并做好问题的反馈
5. 做好内部各项合规管控，配合总公司进行年度部门内审，应对保监、行业协会及地税局的各类检查；对检查发现问题及时整改，完善内部各项制度。
6. 管理外部第三方合作机构，如体检机构，确保体检机构及时准确出具体检报告，保持与体检机构的良好互动。

岗位要求：

1. 保险专业本科及以上学历，5年以上寿险公司管理经验，熟悉寿险公司运营模式，熟练掌握各项业务管理制度及运营管理流程；
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和解决突发事件的能力
3. 有大局观念，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力
4. 主动了解内外部客户需求与期望，并积极主动的帮助内外部客户解决问题，提供优质服务
5. 具有很强的独立分析问题能力，并能通过各种渠道收集到需要信息，并能根据需要制定能指导操作的方案;
