3.Handle incoming daily issues & ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications & requirements

处理日常来料问题，确保外购件符合规范

4.PPAP check of serial life products

PPAP的检查

5.Contribution to production/pre-production trail runs for both serial life and development components.

供应商的试生产及生产的现场审核

6.Boundary sample evolution and PCR management.

极限样件的管理和PCR的管理

7.Develop Inspection Instructions, Checklist, Procedures and etc to facilitate inspection activities

编制检验指导书、检验清单、程序等保证检验的有效进行

8.Resolve material quality with supplier & follow-up with Corrective Action

解决外购件质量问题、跟踪行动计划

9.Deal with supplier scrap and the associated documentation

处理供应商报废及相关文件

10.Monitor major suppliers performance & drive for continuous improvement, finish the output on schedule

监测供应商绩效，推动持续改进，按照节点完成数据输出

11.Train inspectors in handling, inspecting and testing of newly approved parts

培训检验员处理、检验和测量新批准的零件

12.Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。

Qualifications 任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation

大学本科或同等学力机械工程或自动化专业

2.1- 3 years practical experiences in automotive quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment

1-3年有关质量管理的工作经验，最好是在外企或合资企业的生产环境下

3.Experience with supplier development and management

供应商开发和管理的经验

4.Good knowledge in stamping and tooling, ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs

良好的冲压及磨具知识，会读蓝图及其他工程设计图纸

5.Familiar with TS16949 and Formel Q、APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA.

熟悉TS16949 、Formel Q、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、行动计划、FMEA

6.Tenacious land persuasive. Demanding and rigorous. Ability to develop partnerships. Motivation.Result Oriented
