Responsibilities

 

- To manage office maintenance, office renovation

- To arrange the course materials

- To perform general office administration duties 

- To arrange the classroom setting

- To arrange the web-casting 

- Others training support 

Requirements

- Associate degree or above 

- Previous experience in training administration or office assistant role would be a plus for the application 

- Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT 

- Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure 

- Positive working attitude and good team work spirit
