Job Function Looking for software build engineer to manage modem build image for Qualcomm Reference Design team. You need to apply your technical knowledge across vast domains related to BSP and modem technology integration. This includes software integration, troubleshoot and general support for modem related software build creation to sustain the internal software quality control and maintenance. In addition, external software release and software baseline management is also an integral part of this position.

If successful in this position, you will have gained strong debugging skills and a spirit of trouble shooting, wide domain knowledge across the whole mobile system and product knowledge for smartphone devices.

Responsibilities

Skills/Experience Software Engineer with BSP or modem development / integration experience ona Qualcomm platform is plus

Computer science/engineering BS or higher education required

Product commercialization experience and knowledge in mobile phone architecture is a plus

Perforce or similar CRM tool experience is a plus

Strong interest and background Script programming for integration and test is preferred

Must be a self motivated, creative and initiative individual with strong interest in trouble shooting and taking on new challenges

Strong open source development and Android application background is a plus
