要求：

1、 本科学历及以上

2、 2年及以上相关工作经验（同时考虑优秀毕业生）

3、 机械工程相关专业

4、 熟悉机械制图，测量技术，材料科学与工程，质量控制，装配，质量数据收集反馈监督

5、 书面和口头英语俱佳

职责：

1、 监督供应商的质量控制

2、 对质量和标准进行沟通和维护

3、 从事技术质量和服务质量等的研究、管理、监督、检查、检验、分析、鉴定等

4、 根据工程资料內部要求及时对产品的有关项目组织实验室测试

5、 制订品质计划.

6、 对各种材料及成品之检验标准书进行审核.

7、 及时处理客户抱怨及退货,以确保客户满意.

8、 主持每周品质会议,并推动全公司相关部门人员共同提升品质.

9、 统计、分析各阶段品质不良,并推动各部门改善,以达到目标.

10、 针对材料不良辅导供应商分析、改善.

Requirements
1,Bachelor degree or above
2,More 2 years related working experience (this point could be reduced)
3,Major in mechanical engineering or related
4,Be familiar with mechanical drawings, measurement technology, material science, quality controlling, assembly, quality data collecting\feedbacks\supervising, etc.
5,Good command of both oral and written English.


Responsibilities
1, Be familiar with the Quality Controlling
2, Be responsible for the QA dept.
3, Supervise for the quality controlling of the suppliers
4, Communication and maintenance for quality & standard
5, Engaged in the study of the technical quality and quality of service, management, supervision, inspection, testing, analysis, identification, etc.
6, According to internal requirements to test engineering products data in a timely manner
7, Compose quality plan
8, Review and double check all kinds of materials and finished products inspection standard books
9, Solve the complaints and requirements by clients
10, Conduct the regular meeting

Dürr Somac GmbH （简称DSC）是申克公司的全资子公司并隶属于杜尔集团。申克DSC公司为汽车工业提供加液设备和装配技术。。
DAP和DSC公司于1999年在上海建立自己的维修服务站，负责杜尔SOMAC公司和杜尔DAP公司产品安装、调试、服务、培训、跟班作业和备件销售方面的业务。这个服务站于2008年并入上海申克机械有限公司，成立为FAP部门（总装产品部）。
