Position Summary

To support the business in becoming a world-class sourcing organization by ensuring seamless adherence to TCP policies and procedures with regards to social responsibility, to schedule audits in China and Central America regions and to manage post-audit data.  To provide administrative support for the Responsible Sourcing Manager of the designated regions. 

 

Responsibilities:

·        Manage effective coordination of audit scheduling and arrangements.

·        Ensure audit reports and records are properly maintained and updated in accordance with Company processes and requirements.

·        Update audit data into online platform Fair Factory Clearinghouse (FFC)

·        Review vendor/factory profiles to ensure accuracy before scheduling audits.

·        Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of active vendor/factory list.

·        Coordinate training workshops and projects including –

• Managing contracts
• Invoicing & payment follow-up.
• Record documentation for completed projects.

·        Review audit reports and incorporate findings into rating system.

·        Additional duties as directed by Management.

 

Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in similar administrative capacity
• Familiar with social compliance audit process.
• Garment industry understanding is advantage.

·        Excel, Word, Lotus Notes

·        Highly organized and detail oriented

·        Strong English verbal and written communication skills

·        Easy adaption for tasks required unforeseen
