职责范围 Description

1）Injection, Mold maintenance and injection area management

注塑，模具设备与注塑区域管理

2）Production setup 

产线准备

3）New injection mold setup

新注塑模具准备5.2.4Mold maintenance (spare part, maintenance, …)

模具维修（备件，维修等）

4）Production analysis (BO) : Line capacity analysis

生产分析： 产线产能分析

5）Cost control:  Analyze production cost and propose cost reduction measurements

成本控制：生产成本分析并提出降本措施

6）Continuous improvement : Close work with Production, Quality and Maintenance team to improve processes, feedback to other plants for technical exchange and standardization over Bontaz Group

持续改进：与生产，质量与设备部门合作进行过程改善，与其他工厂进行技术交流并进行集团标准化

7）Injection area management (organization, 5S, …)

注塑区域管理（组织，5S等）

任用资格Competence

1）为人诚实守信，工作积极主动、认真负责；有良好的职业道德；

Honest and trustworthy, work actively and conscientiously; Have good professional ethics

2）大专以上学历，高分子材料或注塑相关专业；

College degree or above, major in polymer materials or injection molding

3）5年以上ENGEL注塑工作经验，有大型工厂注塑管理工作经验者优先；

More than 5 years experience in ENGEL injection moulding, experience in injection moulding management in large factories is preferred.

4）了解注塑模具和注塑机的结构与性能，能进行机器调试，熟练进行新产品的测试及改进工艺性能；

Understand the structure and performance of injection moulds and injection moulding machines, be able to debug machines, skillfully test new products and improve process performance;

5）精通注塑工艺改善，了解塑料材料性能，有丰富的质量控制、检验方面经验的优先；

Proficiency in injection molding process improvement, understanding of plastic material properties, rich experience in quality control and inspection is preferred;

6）英语或法语熟练，熟悉办公自动化软件，有良好的团队合作精神。
