ACCOUNTABILITY:

  

 

  

Continuously drive utility operation improvement to deliver qualified and stable utility service to support Songjiang Site production under excellent HSES.

  

通过严格执行安全要求，持续提高公用工程运行能力来为工厂生产部门提供合格稳定的公共工程服务。

  

 

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

 

  

• Responsible and accountable for daily operation of Lubrizol Songjiang Site Utility services including (Waste Water Treatment, Boiler, Cooling water system, RO water, Compressed air, Chiller，nitrogen station)

  负责路博润松江工厂公用设施如废水站，锅炉，冷却水系统，纯水单元，压缩机，冷冻机，氮气站的日常运行。

• Diligently follow the established standards of utility operation and drive continuous improvement for Safety, quality and efficiency.

  严格遵守公用工程的操作标准，积极推动公用工程的安全，质量和效率的改善。

• Coordinate with maintenance team to perform basic repair and troubleshooting to maintain utility system and equipment in good condition. Strictly follow the site safe work procedure.

  和维修团队一起合作，做基础的维修和问题解决来维护公用工程系统和设备的稳定性，严格遵守公司的安全工作流程。

• Waste water treatment plant keep the waste water COD, and other items under control line, control waste water overall discharge compliance.

  确保废水处理站的废水COD和其他指标的合格性，确保废水的合法排放。

• Conduct field walk, sample collection and analysis of all instruments, 6S/AM  routine operation activities.

       完成日常的工作巡检，各个设备设施的取样分析，自己责任区域的6S/AM等日常工作

  

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

    

• Education Background：高中及以上学历

• Technical Skills: 持有锅炉证及危化品操作证

• Other Experiences Preferred：至少两年化工行业公用工程相关工作经验
