Then come in and join our global team as Facility Technician to support production at all times through stable running facility/utility system, avoid unexpected manufacturing down.

Your mission and responsibilities:

Functional responsibility for Routine Facilities maintenance/ operation activity at facility and utilities equipment/system.  Including one or multiple maintenance task of  Clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Wastewater system, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems,  steam generation system,Process chillers and non-clean utility like plumbing, hot water/boiler, chilled water system,  electrical etc.

Responsible for performing daily maintenance of facility/utility equipment / system.

负责日常厂务及公用设施系统和设备维护保养。

Daily facility / utility system / equipment operation .

负责日常厂务及公用设施及系统的运行。

Capability of completing maintenance task under minimum supervision.

能够在较少的监督下完成日常工作。

General consumable material replacement. For example, Cylinder replacement, cartridge filter elements replacement.

更换消耗品，如更换气体钢瓶，过滤器滤芯。

To achive maintenance records including hardcopy and softcopy.

归档维护记录纸质及电子文档。

To monitor and record utility consumption as well as key parameter of system running.

监视及记录公用条件的消费数据及系统运行关键参数。

Manage spare parts to limit risk of facility / utility shutdown.

管理备品备件。

Support the Facility/Process Utility procurement, validation, calibration.

支持来自于厂务，公用设施，工艺专业的采购，验证及校验工作。

Your qualifications and experiences:

2+ years’ experience in Facilities routine maintenance in Manufacturing plant in a cGMP industry; preferably in a medical diagnostic or Pharma.

至少2 年在cGMP工厂厂务日常运行维护相关工作经验，诊断或者医药行业经验优先考虑。

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with both internal customers and external service partners.

具备维护内部及外部合作关系的能力。

Sense of GMP facility operation.

熟悉GMP厂务系统的要求。

Your attributes and skills:

Basic English writing and oral skill, Fluent in English is a plus.

基本英文口语及书写能力，英文流利更佳。

A trade license is a plus (for example, electrician or MEP).

有专业技工证书（如电工证）。
