Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating models and renderings of spaces, objects and production items in order to give prospective clients a realistic visual idea of concepts and layouts within their budget requirements.负责活动现场空间、物品和生产物品的模型和效果图，以便在预算要求的范围内给潜在客户一个真实的概念和布局的视觉想法。
2. Establishes directions for materials and finishes. 确定材料和装饰面的方向
3. Once projects move into production, the Junior 3D designer should develop the designs, provide ready-to-use drawings for the agency’s vendors and contribute to a smooth execution (factory & event site quality checks, etc.)The job may require making last-minute modifications in order to keep customers as happy as possible.项目进入了生产环节, 3D设计师应该开发设计方案,并为供应商提供随时可用的设计图纸 ，确保项目的顺利实施(工厂和活动现场的实地勘察)，这项工作可能需要在最后一刻仍然在进行修改，以尽可能让客户满意。
4. Stays up-to-date on market trends and research in terms of style, materials & manufacturing processes.了解最新市场趋势并对设计风格，建筑材料及制造工艺有所研究，确保设计方案具有可实施性。

Qualifications

1.  A bachelor degree in design required.美术设计相关专业本科学位及以上。

2.  At least 2 years full time design experience in at an event/exhibition/advertisement agency required. Familiar with the design process from start to finish.至少两年在国际化的活动类/展览类/广告类全职设计师工作经验，有经历活动方案设计从开始到结束者优先。

3.  Familiar with martials and Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, illustrator, Photoshop, Auto CAD or other similar 3D and rendering software. Profound knowledge of aesthetics and has great sense about it. 熟练使用3D Studio Max, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Auto CAD, Rhino/Maya或类似的3D设计软件，具有良好的审美能力。

4.  Ability to work in a team, Responsible to be held accountable for tasks.有团队合作的能力，并且对工作有责任感。

5.  Can be tough against adversity and tight deadlines.有良好的抗压能力

8.  Great with details.注重细节

9.  Potential to develop a passion for event management.热爱活动策划行业
