职位描述：

1. 对汽车冲压件进行工艺分析，对产品以及模具进行估价；

2. 参与模具方案审核以及模具验收工作；

3. 配合产品工程师对相关零件的生产过程和交货进度实施监控；

4. 在项目开始阶段、对模具供应商风险评估、价格审核和成本控制；

5. 协调解决产品和模具方面的问题、以及相关问题；

6. 编制相关工艺文件；

7. 根据公司员工手册的内容,去开展工作

8. 有义务持续改进和保持工作场所的安全

9. 了解并贯彻ITF16949

10. 以及其他要求的职责职位要求：

1. 专科（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业

2. 三年以上机加工相关工作经历；熟练的汽车板材冲压模具，熟练使用相关CAD软件；

3. 精通形位公差及工程制图；

4. 熟悉冲压成形工艺及常见产品缺陷的解决方法

5. 良好的团队合作精神和积极进取的工作态度；

6. 熟悉运用电脑及Office办公软件

7. 英语沟通能力在口头和书写上

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower. Shanghai Changkong has possessed various machines for prudcing middle and small autoparts and fine testing instrument. Meanwhile, Changkong has already got through ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Certificate, which provides a good quality gurantee.
