职位描述
Responsibility
– 参与公司项目开发，并负责用户界面风格定义；
– 负责项目中用户界面设计与集成实现；
– 参与原型设计工作；
– 参与建立和维护适用于公司各类项目的设计控件库；
– 参与公司重要项目的视觉创新和突破；
– 参与工作流程的完善和优化工作；
– 参与公司项目开发，并负责用户界面风格定义；
– 负责项目中用户界面设计与集成实现；
– 参与原型设计工作；
– 参与建立和维护适用于公司各类项目的设计控件库；
– 参与公司重要项目的视觉创新和突破；
– 参与工作流程的完善和优化工作；
Qualification
– 诚实、正直，有责任感；
– 全日制大学相关专业本科及以上学历；
– 热爱用户体验行业，对视觉设计有执著的追求及长远的职业规划；
– 优秀的美感思维以及设计鉴赏能力，良好的美术设计基础；
– 良好的沟通及理解能力，良好的团队合作意识；
– 精通主流设计软件，对软件界面、web界面有深入的认识和设计经验；
– 精通XHTML、CSS对W3C有较深理解，能够手写DIV+CSS；
– 熟悉Flash动画设计，可自行设计制作脚本动画；
– 熟悉趋势性设计的潮流，能够轻松把握并结合需求合理运用；
– 具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力、团队精神和适应力；
– 良好的英语听说读写能力。
