1、承担机械部分非标评审、方案设计；Work on non-standard review and proposal design of mechanical aspect ;

2、负责对应机型压缩机机械部分的国产化工作；Responsible for new products of mechanical aspect  localization;

3、负责对应新开发产品机械部分的设计；Responsible for new products of mechanical aspect development;

4、负责对应产品机械部分的技术改进；Responsible for technical Kaizen of mechanical aspect;

5、积极与内外部门建立有效地沟通和协调工作，并进行项目跟踪；Establishment effective communication and coordination with internal and external customers, and follow up relevant projects.

以上工作内容包含但不限于The work above  includes but not limited to：

a)  技术联络，技术转化； Technology communication/conversion;

b)  图纸绘制，技术文档整理；Drawing/arrange technical documents;

c)   供应商技术交流； Technical communication with relevant supplier;

d)  车间技术指导等； Assembly guidance etc;

e)  必要的技术支持。 Necessary technical support to internal/external customers;

f)   完成上级安排的其他任务To complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格Qualification：

1.  最好有压缩机行业的相关工作经验。起码有相关的机械设计经验。It is better he/she has similar working experience in compressor industry. At least he/she needs to have related mechanism designing experience.

2.  积极向上，有责任心，适应力强，有团队精神。We hope he/she is positive/responsible/adaptability/team spirit.
