Analyst I, Origin Replenishment

Primary Purpose of Org. Unit

Accountable for inventory management, fulfillment excellence and order management from Global origin countries to retail markets, enabling direct import sales growth and value unlock through inventory availability and reduce inventory holding cost, shipping cost and production cost through appropriate inventory flow.

Responsible to deliver planned sales, in-stock and inventory goals.

Responsible to inbound inventory flow from origins to DCs.

Develop and collaborate with import suppliers to drive supply chain efficiency, to improve production planning capability, lead-time consistency and fulfillment reliability.

Continuous to improve operation excellence both on process and tools to drive direct import supply chain efficiency.

Meet internal and external customer needs through demand planning collaboration, buy trip engagement, new modular process, and inventory flow & fulfilment. Maintain relationship with stakeholders in Retail and Origin. Support and implement operation excellence and direct import supply chain efficiency initiatives.

Essential Functions of the Job:

· Execute all daily aspects of origin replenishment and inventory management covering flow of products from overseas to import warehouse facilities.

· Interact daily with key stakeholders in Retail and Origin to successfully operate a broad line of business at category or department level.

· Support implementation of business solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders.

· Participate and engage in operation excellence and direct import supply chain efficiency initiatives. Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job: List the specific accountabilities of the position including the end results expected List at least 4 but no more than 6 MAJOR Job Duties and Accountabilities of this position. 1) Plan and execute the product flow to ensure retail market is in possession of optimal inventory at highest in-stock: - Collaborate in new items forecasting, develop flow planning to fill pipeline based on category inventory strategy - Place orders by calibrating parameters within ordering systems/tools to maintain optimal inventory levels - Identify replenishment irregularities such as warehouse out, over- and under-stocked situations, coordinate and develop solutions

2) Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand, to achieve sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability and strategy goals

- Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning to improve factory operations, capability and performance as it relates to replenishment.

- Identify order exceptions, disruptions and supply chain constraints (e.g. long holidays, natural disasters, manufacturing, transportation) impacting supply chain execution, coordinate in developing solutions

- Follow up and handle PO revisions on quantity/shipping window & OCM messages

- Supplier scorecard management

3) Contributes to achieving financial results for merchandise categories by participating in cross-functional projects to meet strategic financial goals

- Work with relative parties, and ordinate in developing new processes / initiatives.

- Track progress to ensure timely follow up and implementation

4) Educate key stakeholders in all replenishment aspects to ensure common understanding and workflow for smooth Direct Import operation

- Arrange and coordinate merchants, CFT and suppliers training

5) ) Operate standard office software, statistical packages, inventory management systems and ad hoc query tools to perform research to support decision making and performance tracking

- Run queries and retrieve raw data from R/L, Replenishment systems and tools

- Compile and consolidate data retrieved into required report formats

- Establish and maintain databases to track inventory, sales, forecast and in-stock status

- Identify area of opportunity from data analysis, and take action to improve KPI.
