职位描述
I. Purpose of Position
Supports and manages new and existing HR system functionality for Asia region. Assists in implementation and testing of the SAP HR module, programs and processes regionally.
Coordinate with regional HR team for recruiting management and employee development
II. Key Responsibilities
-Works closely with regional Asia HR teams and Corporate HRIS leader to provide support on system implementation, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, update, and communication. Evaluates current system process and identifies system configurations that are needed to support the business processes
- Supports SAP implementations by collaborating with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity as project leader
Manages assigned aspects of SAP implementations at regional entities including establishing project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones, identifying issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals.
- Assists C&B teams with system development, open enrollment, testing on health welfare and retirement processes and vendor feeds. As well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements
- Develops and modifies new and/or existing HR reports. This would include gathering requirements from end-users, document requirements, and work with IS on developing and testing of new reports
- Works with HRIS team and business owners to prioritize projects, evaluates costs and benefits of projects, and makes recommendations regarding where resources may be required
- Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process requirements
- Conducts new and continuous training for system users. This responsibility may involve conducting classes for new users or working with users one-on-one or facilitating through WebEx.
- Maintains SAP HR documentation and communicates to the regional HR community of any changes
- Management Systems by following policies and procedures
- Work with senior managers and executive sponsors to develop a recruiting strategy and a comprehensive development strategy that supports strategic organizational goals
- Analyze recruiting data and people metrics to drive strategic recruiting recommendations partner with senior management to enhance knowledge, skills and performance of selected candidates and the organization
- Lead and coordinate the interview process including resume review, 1st round interviews, on-site interviews, and phone screens. Become the local expert on recruiting techniques, competitive intelligence, generational insight, and interviewing skills and regularly report this information to department heads
- Facilitate offer and decision process in collaboration with hiring manager and business stakeholders
- The position will design and administer the program, development assessment tools to determine individuals' advancement, analyze results, and champion a continuous learning environment
- Assists the departments by facilitating career development, workforce planning, and succession planning by analyzing staff capabilities/competencies, projecting demands, identifying the gaps in between, developing solutions, and measuring the success of the solutions
- Develop an effective plan to build campus relationships with Professors, Career Centers, Internal Management and students at target schools
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
III. Key Selection Criteria
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources or information management
- At least 5 to 10 years' experience in the related field
- Previous experience working with SAP HR
- Ability to prioritize effectively and serve multiple sites
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Effective presentation development skills
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS applications
- Strong project management skills and ability to organize multiple initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive internal and external relationships across a matrixes organization
- Must have the ability to link recruiting & development strategy to business goals
- Proven self-management skills that demonstrates the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner
- Good team work skills, Proactive, can work under pressure, innovation and commit to deadlines
- Should have strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Ability to travel 10% of the time within region
