职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 按公司指定的计划和方针,规划并完成团队及个人销售目标。
2. 积极维护现有餐饮及分销渠道客户,定期拜访,组织公司资源为客户提供解决方案,以实现业务增长。
3. 根据市场动态以及对客户的洞察制定区域销售策略。根据各渠道特性积极开拓新客户,发现潜在客户及与其主决策人会面,了解相关业务信息并根据公司战略规划提出解决方案并达成交易。
4. 寻找及识别与公司发展战略匹配的代理商,签订合同,组织代理商培训,协助其开发市场以加强分销网络。
5. 了解竞品动态,及时反馈市场信息。
6. 有效评估和管控客户的投资回报率(ROI)。定期提交业务分析报告(客户分析,销售策略效果及建议,工作规划等)。
7. 协助物流及客服同事做好售前售后的工作,合作解决客户在实际使用中可能产生的问题。
任职要求:
1.年龄要求:20-40岁。学历:相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.在快速消费品行业(销售和市场方面)有两年以上工作经验,熟悉B2B销售技巧及流程,能够快速识别客户/潜在客户的需求,具有强大的计划和实施能力,具有开发新客户能力。具有海外教育/工作经验或在外国/跨国公司工作经验的候选人更优。
3.具有较强客户开发意识,能独立开发客户,精通销售技巧。
4.有酒店,餐馆,咖啡馆和餐饮经销商等资源者更优。
5.熟系Office系列软件及CRM。
6.具备专业形象和商业礼仪素养。良好的流利口头和书面沟通和演示技巧。流利英语和普通话听读写。基本粤语沟通。
7.良好的时间管理技能,能够处理多项任务。有一定抗压能力。能够独立或与团队协作为跨区重点客户项目工作。
8.以绩效为导向,具有积极,系统,灵活,创新的思考力。注重细节,责任心强,表现出高度的主动性。

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Business result: Manage accounts’ target sales growth and profitability in coherence with company strategy.
2. Account maintenance: To regularly visit and penetrate existing on-trade and off-trade customers assigned by the company, provide solution to customers base on company strategy, ensure customers’ satisfaction and generate additional sales.
3. New customer development: Establish region development strategy base on market dynamic and customer insight in given region. Identify top prospects and meet their key contacts in a regular manner to acquire the business.
4. Agent Relationship: To identify and find qualified agents of given region, establish contracts with the new agents, organize agent training, assist agent in developing new customers in agent’s region to reinforce distribution network.
5. Competitor knowledge: To constantly identify key competitors of the market, update competition information into CRM system and propose adapted selling strategies to win over competitions and enlarge market share.
6. Analyze and planning: To assess and control new accounts’ return on investment (ROI) effectively. To monthly analyze sales result, suggestions, work plan to the National Sales Manager.
7. Assist with Logistic and Customers Service department to deal with customers’ inquiries and problem.
Key skills, competencies and experience:
1. 20-40 years old. Bachelors degree or above in relative field.
2. 2 year+ working experience in FMCG(sales and marketing), well trained with systematic B2B selling skills and process, could rapidly identify customers/ prospects’ needs, with strong planning and implementation skills to develop new accounts. Prefer candidate with overseas education/working experience or working experience in foreign/multi-national companies.
3. Have strong customer development awareness, be able to develop customers independently, and be proficient in sales skills.
4. Networking at hotels, restaurants, cafés and F&B distributors would be a plus.
5. Computer literate with Office and CRM.
6. With professional image and business manners. Excellent value of fluent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Multi-language literacy of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
7. Well-organized time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks. With flexible problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure. Ability to work both independently or as part of a team on national key account projects.
8. Performance oriented, positive and systematic thinking and creative ideas. Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrate high level of initiative.
9. Domestic travel required- 30%.
