职责:

Support Strategic Account Managers with any projects they are developing with BSC&RETAIL’s.. 支持战略客户经理开发保洁及零售客户项目。

Develop the appropriate strategic account program for the largest BSC&RETAIL's in South of China, which will include a national pricing program, national service support, onsite facility support for machine/technology recommendation, ensuring appropriate delivery and onsite equipment training, and ongoing training/development from . And leverage service network to give better support, use this opportunity to recalibrate our partnership as we start to look at them more as a strategic account.

Expand market share through high quality customer visits, and creating/implementing new business development strategies for customers in healthcare, education/universities, large shopping malls, and regional BSC’s.通过高质量的客户拜访,提高的市场份额。在医疗保健,教育机构/学校,大型商场等领域开发新的客户。

Familiarity with pioneering business and selling directly. 精通直销业务的驱动与发展。

Responsible for putting together a professional proposal with accurate equipment quotations for the customer’s needs.根据客户的采购需求,向客户提供专业的建议以及准确的设备报价。

According to company-approved terms of sale and trading price selling and signing orders. 根据公司的销售审批条款和交易价格,开展销售并签署订单。

Assistance to agents to track and urged customers to pay receivables; tracking and actively cooperate with the company's various departments to ensure timely delivery of the machine. 协助专员跟踪并向客户催收应付账款,跟踪并积极与公司各部门合作,确保机器的及时发货。

Ensure customers know how to request service, and also order parts and consumables. Maintain strong relationships with large end-users to ensure repeat purchases and aftermarket business. 确保客户了解如何申请服务,订购零配件及耗材。与大型终端客户维持良好的关系,确保重复购买及售后业务。

Work with Regional Manager on a timely and accurate sales forecast for the commercial market.及时和大区销售经理沟通,为商业市场提供准确的销售预测。

Be the leader with understanding products and Technologies. Be comfortable demonstrating Tennant products and technologies to the customers and dealers independently.充分掌握公司相关的产品知识和技术,并且能够独立地向客户和代理商进行产品演示和讲解。

Stay current on commercial market developments, continuously looking for new market opportunities. 致力于商业市场客户的开发并不断寻找新的商机。

Follow up on any commercial leads from Marketing. Report back to Marketing team on the status of the opportunity by using CRM. 跟进市场部提供的所有销售线索。通过客户关系管理系统(CRM),将工作进程报告给市场团队。

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with service, marketing, operations, and other functional leaders. 具备优秀的合作技巧,能和售后服务部,市场部,运营部以及其他各部门的经理良好合作。


要求:

Bachelor’s degree; 本科学历

Over 5 years high-value products sales experience, equipment sales is preferred; 有5年高价值产品销售经验,设备销售经验的优先考虑

2 years distributor management experience preferred; 具备2年以上直销管理/经销商管理经验的优先考虑

Ability to work independently; 能够独立完成工作

Strong problem solving ability; 出色的问题解决能力

Strong organization & administration skills; 出色的组织和管理能力

Excellent interpersonal skills; 出色的人际关系处理能力
