The role of this position is to in charge of integrated marketing communications for Avene in omni channel business environment. This position is to lead content creation, buzz creation and traffic generation to build Avene as strong brand and bring traffic to point of sales.

- Content creation with collaboration of both internal counterparts of Product and Medical and external KOLs

- Buzz creation through brand own assets (weibo/wechat/website/EC), WOM and paid media

- Traffic generation by working closely with TM and commercial team to provide content and design O2O campaign.

1. Develop integrated brand communication strategy and annual programs for omni channels including counter, podium, store, Wastons, website and wechat, weibo and EC.

2. According to commercial needs, to design and develop O2O campaign in order to drive traffic to point of sales.

3. Build strong brand with integrated IWOM programs including KOL, social platforms and searching.

4. Design and develop attractive contents to fuflill each channel with one customer view.

5. Work closely with Product, VM, TM, Training, IT, CRM and Medical to ensure communications programs delivered in good quality and consistent, also meet different functions needs.

6. Well plan and manage budget by developing suitable annual budget strategy and plan to reach good ROI.

7. Good vendor management for quality, ontime and within budget delivery, also the negotiation for more service and resource.

8. Lead, coach and motivate team for good execution and initiatives for new ideas and programs.

This position is required to be in cosmetics industry with retailing environment focusing on Brand communications & PR over 7 years experience.

? Person in this position knows well about cosmetics industry, retailing business and Consumer.

? This person is required to be on hands and have proven successful case.
