1. 根据公司阶段性目标制定开发及推广策略，区域内细分客户特性选择适合的开发渠道，并策划推广计划及完整的落地方案；             Development and promotion, segment customer features, select appropriate channel, design and complete landing scheme. 

2. 根据推广计划建立与外商客户的有效开发，维护与提升公司品牌知名度，并完成大客户开发目标及阶段性报告；

    Build the corporation with foreign clients, upgrade brand awareness, complete clients' goals, periodic reports.

3. 掌握了解市场行业趋势，对目标客户进行充分需求分析，拟定行业内客户目标群体的预测分析报告；

    Know market trends, understand clients' demand, forecast analysis reports for clients.

4. 通过推广过程界定、完善产品的提升空间，对产品研发提供有效分析数据支持；

    Define and perfect products, provide data support for product R & D.

5. 带领销售团队阶段性销售目标的完成。

    Lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets in stages.

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；

     Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, etc.

2. 两年大型中外人力资源服务机构或4A广告公司市场推广经理经历；

    At least 2 years' experience in marketing managers of large-scale domestic and foreign human resources service organizations or 4A advertising companies.

3. 熟悉外资企业全球招聘、用人机制，掌握营销推广的技能，具备较强的创新能力、组织协调和沟通能力，能进行大型活动的策划和实施；

    Familiar with global recruitment and employment mechanism of foreign-funded enterprises, well in the marketing promotion, good innovation, organization, coordination and communication skills, able to plan and carry out big events. 

4. 较强的计划、预算管理能力，出色的文字表达能力；

    Good at planning and budget management, be expert in writing.

5. 出色的公关能力，能进行危机公关；

    Excellent public relations ability, able to carry out crisis public relations.

6. 具备较好的英文听、说、读、写能力，熟练使用office办公软件及办公自动化设备；

    Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in office software and the business automation equipment.

7. 良好的敬业精神，有强烈的责任心。

    Good professionalism, strong responsibility.
