Principle duties and responsibilities:
1.Internal promotion on recon revision product, helping for product upgrade and target competitors key accountconversion by executing product strategy with sale team.
2.Set up new product launch and existing major product by clear strategy and measurable business plan.(Revision part include Hip and Knee)
3.Base on update information ，analysis collected , adjust product strategy and action plan to make sure quality result and continue to gain market share.
4.Work with business parters to provide cross function value add up and align marketing strategy
5.Interact with customers regularly to gauge their needs, cultivate brand loyalty and image so as to sustain repeat business.

Expected Areas of Competence
1.Proficient in Products and industry knowledge 
2.Possess effective program planning, development and execution skills
3.Strong in influencing and problem solving skills
4.Proficiency in spoken and written English

Education/ Experience Requirements
1.University graduate in Medical Science, Surgery or related disciplines.(MD or PHD prefer)
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device product marketing,sales, preferably in orthopedics or surgery products.
3.Proven success in the medical marketing with product launch, promotion and product training.
4.Creative and strategic mindset with sharp market sense and excellent communication skills. 
5.Result-driven, with high business ethics and values.

Travel Requirements 
Frequent travel in required, 50% up timing in the fields
