Job Summary & Objectives

·       Be responsible for the company’s financial planning, analysis and reporting in Finance operation.

Main Duties

·       Prepare, monitor and analyze monthly results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) for the operations and preparing variance analyses

·       Prepare shops opening/renewal financial evaluation and other financial projections

·       Prepare variance analysis on shop performance & expenses analysis against budget/plan

·       Prepare annual budgets and regular forecast with coordination with other functional departments 

·       Direct communicate with HK Finance and functional departments in relation to reporting and analysis

·       Assist Financial Controller & Senior Accounting Manager to formulate control procedures after proactive discussions with other functional departments and assist in the compliance of various operational and financial controls for the region

·       Assist in account receivables analysis and control

·       Prepare other analysis & ad hoc assignments as assigned by Financial Controller / Senior Accounting Manager

Knowledge & skill:

·       Fluency in written English

·       Strong MS Excel skill

·       Experience in SAP or ERP system is preferred

Education, qualification & special training:

·       Undergraduate with formal PRC accounting professional training.

·       CICPA or relevant qualification is preferred

Experience:

·       More than two years experience in reporting and experience in retail and wholesaling   or FMCG

Other requirements:

·       Self-motivation to integrate with finance & business teams

·       Good problem solving and analytical skills

·       Strong sense of responsibility
