We are implementing change and transforming Finance & Accounting (Finance) to be better positioned to provide professional support and leadership in finance management in the increasingly challenging and competitive markets our Company operates in.


What You’ll Do


You will collaborate and partner with the Finance Department, Leasing Department, Property Management Department and tenants. You will be an influencer, a hands-on practitioner and proficient in handling daily work.


Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:


?   Monthly billing to tenants, preparation of invoices, accounting voucher, monitor aging status, prepare bank reconciliation, issuing aging report, alert leasing team and issuing dunning letter if necessary


?   Assist to review leasing contract


?   Work with leasing team and tenants closely and provide required information in an efficient and customer oriented way


?   Reviewer of payment application and supporting documents to ensure they are properly approved and reasonable;


?   Preparer of bank cheque, monitor the payment progress and ensure payments made on time;


?   Communicator with other colleague on payment request, internal control points, contract review and etc.;


?   Preparer or reviewer of management reports about revenue, cost, expenses, property management fund account;


?   Collect VAT related information and communicate with head office to ensure VAT tax filling is properly dealt with;


?   Business needs identification/analysis;


?   Executor of changes, focused on shifts to ways of working, financial and internal control operational processes;


?   Assist yearly operational budget about leasing and building account


 Who You’ll Work With


Working with our financial controller, Finance manager, team leader in Finance Department, you will play an important role in daily operation, ensure it’s smooth and efficiency. You will also work with other departments, auditor, bank, tenants and other external parties, you will be an ambassador of finance department or KPL for communication and cooperation.

You are a professional with the proven ability to deal with receivables, payables and reports in daily operations.
