职位描述

  1. 从事人力资源领域的服务外包项目销售（如人事事务处理、薪酬福利、商业福利和法律咨询、商务签证等业务）；                Sales of service outsourcing projects in Human Resources. (ep. personnel transaction, compensation & benefit, commercial welfare, legal advice, business visas, etc.).
   2.深度了解分析客户需求，多角度、专业化的呈现服务项目及服务效果，根据市场推广策略制定所辖区域销售计划并完成销售目标，对大客户市场开拓经营结果负责；
       Understand customers' requirements, display the service items and effects, make sales plan and achieve sales target，responsible for the results of major clients' market development.
   3.通过线上（百度推广、门户网站等）线下（展会、酒店论坛等）多种方式开发和维护；
      Develop and maintain clients online( ep. Baidu promotion, portals, etc.) or offline( ep. exhibitions, hotel forums, etc.).
   4.完成意向客户前期信息整合确认工作，指导、督促签证专员规定时间内完成申请程序；
      Manage clients' information, guide and urge visa commissioner.
   5.持续做好客户维护及需求二次开发，提升客户满意度，执行月度回款计划；
      Keep and develop clients, improve clients’ satisfaction, implement a monthly payback plan.
   6.及时反馈客户需求、市场变化，提出新行销思路、建议。
       Feedback customer needs and market changes, and propose new marketing ideas. 
任职资格：

Requirements:

1.本科学历以上，市场营销、人力资源等相关专业；

   Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing，human resource, etc.

2.二年以上企业客户拓展经验,具备良好的客户服务意识，咨询服务型行业优先；

   Over 2 years' working experience in enterprise customer development, customer service orientation, consulting services industry related experience is preferred.

3.具有良好的开拓和商务谈判能力；

   Good communication skills and independent business negotiation skills.

4.性格开朗、工作细致严谨，亲和力强，协调和应变能力强；

   Cheerful personality, meticulous and rigorous work, strong affinity, strong coordination and adaptability.

5.有良好的独立思考和解决问题能力，喜欢挑战困难和工作压力；

   Have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, like to challenge difficulties and work pressure.

6.有强烈的事业心和上进心，善于学习新知识，有良好的团队合作意识；

 Have a strong sense of professionalism and motivation, good at learning new knowledge, and have a good sense of teamwork.

7.熟练使用办公软件（word，excel，ppt等）；

  Proficient in office software(word, excel, ppt, etc.).
