Job Responsibilities

  

• Responsible to plan the supply chain strategies and procedures for the company including shipment arrangement inventory accuracy control and warehouse operation efficiency & space utilization

• Safeguard the operations performance of 3PLs and ensure it is comply with the company’s KPI standard

• Manage the forecast planning process, in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Sales department

• Mange and validate monthly orders and payments, engaging with suppliers to solve issues linked to shortage, shipment delay and all related supply issues

• Review, modify and standardize the SOP for daily operations to drive operational excellence

• Prepare various inventory analysis and statistics for management review

• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

              

 

  

Job Requirements

  

• Degree holder in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management / Statistics / Engineering or related disciplines

• 5 years hands-on supply chain management/business process enhancement experience in retailing industry

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge in MS Access will be an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
