This position reports to Sales & Marketing Director and is responsible for all related activities in Chinese market (with priority on ground vehicles industry), such as:

-support to Market Analysis (Clients, Suppliers/Partners, Competitors)

-definition of potential Client's list and support to business development activities

-presentation of Company's services to potential Clients

-support to Quotation activities (RfQs, Offers, discussion and negotiation)

-support to Contract's definition and signature

-interaction with Clients, on a regular basis, for all commercial and main technical issues (promotion activities, contracted activities, invoicing, cashing)

-development of relationship with local Customer base, partners/suppliers and institutions

-cooperation with local team and with parent companies in Europe.

The candidate shall demonstrate the following background and attitudes:

-Chinese native, 28-35 years old

-bachelor degree on engineering (automotive, aerospace, industrial)

-fluency in English

-ability to develop interpersonal relationship

-ability to work in multi-cultural environments

-pro-activity and assertiveness

-ability to work in high pressure and complex environments

-availability to travel, around China, for most of his/her working time (including week-ends)

-ability to interact with top management positions

-team-worker

-eager to learn and grow professional skills
