Summary Role Description:

• Process and Systems supply chain AP Region,
  located in Shanghai, reporting to the Regional SCM Process and Systems Mgr

• Support process and Systems activities in the AP
  regions ( audits, training, Policies and procedure deployment, Systems key
  user)

         Main Responsibilities:

• Support process improvements/projects to implement common processes based on Lean, Built in
  Quality, Value and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure compliance to SC processes and procedures in region/function
• Oversee audit activities in region -internal audits / SOX / IRCQ
• Support System and IT application improvements for the region/function
• Ensure there is an overall knowledge/skill/training development plan for Region
• Facilitate integration of Delphi Electronics group into powertrain E&E business Unit,
  insure systems integrations and policies and procedures are updated.

         Background, Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or equivalent (R), technical or economics (P)

• Good networking and partnership – especially getting internal pieces of GSM to be seamless and integrated within Delphi

• Focus and persistence to solve problems and remove roadblocks

• Experience in GSM is preferred / Process oriented

• Focus on guiding organization to an ideal state

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to lead changes

• Facilitation skills

• Able and ready to travel in the region
