Key Accountabilities主要职责:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Visual Presentation and Brand Guideline 视觉陈列和品牌指导

  1. To work with the Visual Merchandising Supervisor to implement and communicate seasonal visuals presentation for key atrium spaces and windows which support the strategic direction of the company, support on local production liaison.

    与视觉陈列主管合作,针对主要中庭空间和橱窗,共同规划、执行、传达当季视觉展现效果,并在本地化生产联络基础上提供支持

  2. To work with the Visual Merchandising Supervisor to communicate comprehensive brand display guideline to ensure the Lane Crawford standard is consistently gate keep and communicated to different departments

    与视觉陈列主管合作,共同传达综合性品牌展示指导,确保连卡佛标准稳定执行,并且传达给不同的部门

  3. To consistently conducts brand guideline training to store managers, sales team to ensure brand standard is well communicated

    始终对店铺经理、销售团队进行品牌指导培训,确保品牌标准传达到位

  4. To be creative and develop engaging visual display in store to ensure the customer experience is fresh and exciting across all China stores

    在店铺内创造性地提供引人入胜的视觉展示,确保中国所有店铺的顾客体验充满新奇,令人兴奋

  5. To manage the local Visual props inventory list.

    管理本地视觉效果道具盘存清单

  6. To ensure in store mannequin styling is exciting and deliver the appropriate message to the target customer

    确保店内模特造型抓人眼球,向目标顾客传递适当的信息

  7. To plan with Visual Merchandising Supervisor on seasonal VM calendar in line with the marketing calendar to ensure cohesiveness within BMC, PR, Marketing, CRM and SNO initiatives each year

    视觉陈列主管紧密合作,根据营销计划制定当季VM日程表,确保BMCPR, Marketing, CRMSNO的内部凝聚力

  8. To implement renovation and store expansion projects , communicating with all parties and working with store teams to ensure full understanding of the VM brief and planned activities

    执行翻新项目和店铺扩建项目,与各方进行沟通,与店铺团队合作,共同确保完全理解VM概况和规划活动

  9. To support seasonal brand signage request in communication with CBO and Art department

    CBO和艺术部门进行沟通,提供当季品牌标识支持

  10. To deliver weekly report for all China Store in order for head office to feedback and comment.

    面向所有中国店铺发布每周报告,以便总部进行反馈和评价

  11. To ensure the editorial story is align between in store and online, keep close communication with Visual Merchandising Supervisor if there will be last minute changes and ensure the online messaging is clearly displayed in store

    确保店铺和在线编辑报导互相一致,若最后有任何变化应与视觉陈列主管密切沟通,确保店铺陈列明确传达在线讯息

    Sale Growth and Customer Focus 销售增长及客户关注

  12. To collaborate with DSM and sale team to ensure the products are displayed in a clear and tidy manner

    DSM和销售团队合作,共同确保产品陈列明晰、整齐

  13. To work with Visual Merchandising Supervisor and Store Manager/AGM to implement actions of remerchandising collections, re-dressing and styling programs for mannequin, room setting for H/L, category display to deliver the appropriate message to speak to target customer

    协助视觉陈列主管和店铺经理/副总经理,针对模特、店内亮点设计和品类展示,执行商品组合变更、重新装饰和造型方案,确保为目标客户群体传达正确的信息

  14. To monitor sale performance for each set up and gather feedback from DSM and store manger

    监督每一种布置物的销售绩效,收集DSM和店铺经理的反馈

  15. To consistently think for the customer, ensuring each visual presentation is helping the customer.

    始终为顾客着想,确保每一种视觉展示均能帮到顾客

  16. To work closely with Visual Merchandising Supervisor to execute floor plan and implement the merchandise strategy for each store and BU in order to clearly present the products to maximize sales

    与视觉陈列主管紧密合作,共同执行平面布置图,对每一个店铺和部门执行商品战略,提供明确的产品展现效果,实现销量最大化

  17. To develop a strong relationship with Sale and Operation team, build an open dialogue to effectively communicate with store team to support.

    与销售和运营团队之间发展牢固的关系,建立公开对话,与店铺团队之间有效沟通,以便提供支持

  18. To establish a close relationship and open dialogue with store manager, DSM VM team and sale team

    与店铺经理、DSM ,视觉陈列团队和销售团队之间建立密切的关系和开放的对话

  19. To be a team player within VM team and Sale team, Extend helps to team member at all time

    参与视觉陈列团队和销售团队,为团队成员提供帮助

  20. To complete task that is been given within the given timeline and expectation

    在给定时间期限内,不负期望地完成给定任务

  21. To consistently discuss with Visual Merchandising Supervisor about a clear weekly schedule, understand about daily work expectation

    始终与视觉陈列主管讨论如何确定清晰的每周进度计划,了解每日工作期待

  22. To role model and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision and Values and Customer service promise at all time

  23. To reinforce the LC, heritage, Brand DNA and culture - through storytelling and sharing success at every opportunity
