职责描述：

Medical Marketing is integrated position which need medical background and good marketing sense. The position focus on brand medicalization to differentiate competitors in consumer channel and to help build professional brand image.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Work closely with marketing team to strengthen brand medicalization

2. Identify medical marketing strategy

3. Provide medical support to marketing team, such as education Q & A, education video, live streaming, etc

4. Strengthen consumers' skin care education which link to products 

5. Initiate creative consumer interaction from medical perspective

6. Transform valuable medical content from hospital channel to consumer channel with language change

7. Provide medical support to other functions in consumer channel, such as training

任职要求：

1. Medical background with master degree, such as Pharmacology major

2. 2-3 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry or Cosmetics industry

3. Good understanding of derma-cosmetics and consumer market 

4. Excellent consumer insight and good consumer language with scientific content

5. Creative and strategic thinking

6. Open mind and strong communication skill

7. Strong team work capability

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin
