? Take charge of daily safety / fire site inspection, recording & continuous improvement tracking (Include

   IKEA C)

? Supervise weekly rack audit and submit the inspection report as required

   监管每周货架检查并提交检查报告

? Implement security systems’ regularly inspection and complete the report in time, e.g. CCTV, door access

   system, intrusion system, etc.

  定期对相关保安系统进行检查并及时完成检查报告，如CCTV系统，门禁系统，闯入报警系统等

? Take emergency response for incident / accident, have the initial investigation and report the incident /

   accident as required

  紧急响应发生的事件或事故，并进行初步调查，完成初步的事件事故报告

? Point out co-workers’ unsafe behaviors if found, provide site training and corrective actions;

  及时指出并纠正员工或其他人员的不安全行为，提供相关现场培训

? Coordinate with part-time fire fighting team;

  协助管理义务消防队

? Participate in DC FX  Monthly Sec-Check.

  参与奉贤物流分拨中心每月的安全检查

? Take Charge of safety & Security training work

  负责安全培训工作

? Take Charge of security access management

  负责门禁管理工作

? Regular registration & update of government fire fighting management system

  “消防户籍化”管理信息系统的信息登记及跟踪

? Other tasks that assigned by Team Leader

任职资格：

? Over 2 years safety site inspection experiences 两年以上现场安全检查经验

? Good communication skills, ability to build a good working relationships

  具备良好的沟通技能，能够建立良好的工作关系

? Ability to learning and share knowledge 具备良好的学习和分享知识能力

? Capacity to take responsibilities and tolerate stressful situations 能承担责任并能在较高的工作压力下工作

? Willing to follow shift rotation if needed 能根据工作需要调整工作时间

? Basic computer operation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office 具备一定的电脑知识，能熟练操作Office办公系统

? Senior high school, college education is preferred 高中毕业以上，大专学历优先

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
