 岗位职责：

1、负责AI产品开发项目的全生命周期管理和推进，包括立项、需求、开发、测试、上线、效果评估等；

2、负责项目资源的协调与组织，制定项目管理计划，跟踪和维护，按时完成研发目标，确保项目结果；
3、确保合理的整体项目计划和里程碑、控制项目总体成本并需要确保项目相关过程文档的产出和质量；

4、及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。

岗位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；
2、2年以上互联网、软件或 IT 相关领域技术开发经验，2年以上软件项目管理经验；
3、思路清晰、具备较强的逻辑分析能力、语言和书面表达能力；
4、丰富的沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神，组织协调和问题解决的能力；
5、精通软件项目过程管理，敏捷项目管理等有实际应用经验及深刻理解；
6、较强的总结和沟通、组织、协调能力，出色的团队合作精神；
7、较强的文档撰写能力，及各类报告处理能力。

具备以下条件者优先考虑：
1、具备物联网、AI技术背景；
2、具备人脸识别设备、AI智能硬件设备等产品的项目管理经验。
