经过八年的成长，mytopbuyer从单枪匹马的淘宝小店变成了一个十五人团队的小公司/线上品牌。创建人兼设计师cai从满足于小而美的规模和自由工作方式，到今天市场的飞速成长和变化下不得不扩大规模以应对竞争，已开始寻觅一个强有力的设计师兼合伙人。

要求：

1. 有6年以上女装设计工作经验

2. 国际化的工作背景（海外品牌的设计经验）或学习背景。

3. 超强审美，善于开发和设计简洁时髦的都市感女装。

4. 充满激情，冷静，高度的责任心，轻完美主义。善于沟通。

薪资：

1.5w～3w+， 达到合伙人要求的可面谈。视工作经验和实际工作能力而定。根据销售情况获得年终分红。

工作地点：8/9号线，陆家浜路地铁站对面

工作时间：Mon～Fri， 10:30 ~ 18:30

We are a woman’s fashion brand based on Taobao, by now we have a team of 15 people.

The founder is also the designer and the only designer so far, we are seeking a partner with strong ability both at fashion design and leadership.

Job requirements:

1. More than 6 years of experience at woman’s fashion design.

2. International working or study experience.

3. Passionate, calm, responsible, great communicator.

4. Chinese speaker.

5. Great estheticism ideas at woman’s fashion, especially at big city’s young/working woman’s wear.

我们是一家自主生产/设计/销售的淘宝四皇冠女装店铺；
目标人群为年轻都市***，风格关键词：摩登／简约／实穿；
工作室坐标上海市黄浦区，目前拥有20人的团队；包含打版师，样衣工，车工，以及设计师／设计助理／美工／淘宝客服／质检／发货等人员。
