岗位目的Purpose of the position
"- Provide leadership for marketing and technical support team and direction to achieve defined business results.
- Define and execute the integrated marketing communication activities required to support business area
strategies to increase PI revenue, including but not limited to website promotion, SEM, trade show presence, customer
retention campaigns, direct mailings and e-mailings
- Increase number of potential customer database in CRM and improve quality and e-mail tag rate
- Work with product manager to define new business development plan
- Plan for technical product and application trainings for sales reps, dealers, and OEM/SI
- Provide industry and market analysis when required to support strategic planning and decision-making.

"- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations management, or technical field is preferred with 5-10 year related
experience
- Proven record of effective leadership in middle managerial position.
