Macseis 是一家注册于香港，现已成立十多年的贸易公司，也是个年轻而富有活力的户外服装品牌。这些年来MACSEIS致力于全新开拓德国北欧和加拿大的销售市场，销售业绩成倍增长。随着MACSEIS海外出口业务的不断扩展，现急需有志于服装行业发展，并具有多年相关行业工作经验的人士加入我们的团队共同发展。

现招聘QC+跟单员一名，我们需要您：

1. 非常熟悉品牌/贴牌的生产流程以及跟单流程。配合跟单把控生产进度和生产品质，根据每个定单的实际情况合理安排好质检前期，中期，尾期这三个重要环节。具有出口服装行业质检不少于五年的工作经验，具有外资服装公司不少于三年的工作经验，具有基本跟单经验和基本英语口语交流能力优先考虑。

2. 非常熟悉针织面料和梭织面料，特别熟悉掌握户外装功能性面料，以及工装面料的特殊性。同时在品牌生产过程中对于辅料品质的把控，如校对技术工艺，样品审查等都要符合跟单要求。

3. 严格遵守公司规章制度，在坚守原则的基础上，擅长和工厂做沟通， 独当一面解决验货过程中可能碰到的种种问题，并迅速做出应急处理。

4. 限***，年龄28-40岁，大专以上学历，服装专业优先。个性开朗豁达，精神饱满，积极乐观，易于吸收新事物，具有团队精神。

MACSEIS is fast growing in its markets and we now seek a very experienced Senior QC to Quality Control our brand and customized productions.

You will report only to our QC Manager and Managing Director.

You will deal with a selected group of suppliers and you will drive our highly impeccable quality levels even higher in everything you QC.

You have experience in working with woven as with knitted garments.

Your skills are high and your integrity in discussable.

You have several years experience in the garment business.

You have exceptional communication skills and perfect in handling Chinese suppliers.

You can easily adapt to Western culture and thinking.

You have perfect presentation skills in delivering high quality samples and end-production-garments.

Your Team skills are amazing and you appreciate to learn fast and without blocking.

You are gifted and you have strong skills in solving problems to the benefit of upholding a well working product at all time.

You never cut corners in your work and you can’t be fooled by suppliers.

You are an open minded person, serious and strong when working. Profound computer skills are required.
