Job Responsibilities:
1. Pre-concepts calculations during the acquisition of the new projects.
2. Simultaneous Engineering with design, electronics, and test teams of the business division in order to get an easy, suitable and manufactural process.
3. Investigate and provide test concepts for the new Asia projects in collaboration with the team and the ZFT-Test Experts in Germany.
4. Insure the quality requirements through the use of methods such as P-FMEA, QCD, Poka-Yoke, Capability studies, …
5. Write the specifications related to the released concept.
6. Analyze the product issues checked out by the equipments together with plant IE and testing engineers in the lab.
7. Install and launch the equipment in the Asia locations; handover the equipment to the plant after completion of the project requirements.
8. Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the project and the serial phases.
9. Provide innovations, standardization and technical ameliorations of the processes in collaboration with IE-Shanghai team, ZFT-specialists and the plants.
10. Provide support related to test technology to business divisions and plant.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Communication Engineering / Automation
2. 5-8 years working experience
3. Experience on automotive electronics requirements such as Bus systems (CAN, LIN); Experience in at least one programming language (Siemens PLC programming, C, C-Sharp, knowledge about LabVIEW);
4. Experience with maintaining series equipment or building equipment for mechatronic products is needed.
5. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
