Job Description
1. Managing reception desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages.
2. Receiving delivery and put them in order.
3. Keeping in contact with office vendors to ensure all office facilities are in order, including stationery, drinking water and so on.
4. Assist the office manager of the site cleaning arrangement, plants maintenance
5. Helping to manage the conference rooms booking.
6. Administrative payment request, classifying billing statements with no error.
7. Supporting HR for new hiring preparation
8. Responsible for ensuring efficient collaboration with finance team, support the site reimbursement process
9. Responsible for travel booking and transportation service arrangements
10. Other Admin work assigned by supervisorRequirements
1. College degree or above, major in Admin, English, or Secretarial is preferred.
2. Fresh graduates, or 1-2 years of associated working experience in multinational company is preferred.
3. Good communication skills and good manners.
4. Professional appearance, proactive, intelligent, energetic and trustworthy.
5.
