Job Responsibilities:

• The objective of this role is to facilitate the successful launch of new project/enhancements for CBG eBiz, which will explore more service, innovative area to ahead other foreign banks in China. This role will provide the PMO supporting including project status tracking, business solution review, stakeholders management, vendor selection, budget control, etc.
• This role is also to drive the exploration of external Ecosystem Partners, Strategy planning to facilitate CBG Acquisition, Customer Loyalty, Customer penetration and other KPIs.
• Drive Team Spirit across the CBG e-biz Project.
• Strategy thinking in e-biz area;
• Take biz leader role to Manage and control the project progress, keep project moving forward; To make sure all the stakeholders and enablers are well managed to provide the proper support within expected timeline; Support to review business solutions; Work with Finance to make sure the budget is under control;
• Necessary Support on exclusive product design, e-channel marketing, relevant business mode running and so on;
• Follow DBS procedure for Vendor selection, ORT process, NPA Product Guidelines, Market practices;
• Conduct marketing researching, and provide useful suggestion against the marketing practice with high level& innovative thinking
• Study the cases from other bank and keep good sense on digital area
• Drive Team Spirit across the CBG WeChat Project, including team building and joint measures of success;
• Facilitate the successful launch of the new project of CBG eBiz in China
• Ensure the timely and transparent communication to key stakeholders
• Coordinate with local and group team to get the proper support
• Support for implementation of Ebiz projects according to agreed roadmap plan.
• Review with legal and compliance to comply with regulatory requirement
• Find and engage external partner to support the biz requirement, and provide the solution
• Consolidate and manage change request of Ebiz in country, ensure to achieve requirement correctively and effectively.
• Any ad-hoc supporting by team demands and strategy

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in banking project management, modeling or go to market strategies is beneficial, but not required
• Solid experience in banking system development and e-channel project management
• 10 years of relevant industry and project management experience
• Good understanding of banking product sell on remote channel, and digital strategy
• Desire and interest in operating digital channels and innovation
• Understanding and managing digital partners / agencies
• Experience in electronic marketing
• PMP is prefer but not mandatory
• Bachelors’ degree or above in Math, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering or Business.
