Unity is looking for a detail-oriented administrative support to keep our growing HR team supported and productive by ensuring data integrity, and handling China Work Visas and Chinese Citizen related applications. We want our employees to find it “easy” to work at Unity and that will be what this role delivers. The role reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner who is based in Singapore and works closely to the HR Operations Representative based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on-boarding, benefits, leave management, records management and retention, and HR compliance
• Manage the input & accuracy of all employee data across all systems
• Execute all HR-related processes, partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist the HR team by providing reports, tracking KPIs, document creation, etc.
• Cover for the duties of the APAC HR Operations team where required

Requirements

• Someone who thrives on keeping employee data, records and documents in order – high attention to detail, organizational and strong follow through skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while effectively balancing ad hoc requests
• Workday HR Systems experience a plus
• Strong communication with HR team and customer service skills with employees for work visa and related applications; including written English
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, Google Suite experience a plus
