Job Description :工作职责:

1. Student Age: 3-17, in the size of 6-8学生年龄：3-17岁， 课堂规模：6-15人

2. Preparing teaching plan for every class 为每次课堂准备讲义以及相关材料

3. Focusing on teaching Phonics and helping students improve their speaking skill. 主要把重心放在Phonics以及提高学生口语方面的授课

4.Work time: 3 weekdays & weekend，40 hours a week in campus required工作时间：工作日3天+周末两天，每周40小时的在校工作时间

Responsibility 岗位职责

1. Native English speaker纯正的英语口音

2. Bachelor's degree or above. TEFL, ESL, TESOL certificate holder is desirable;本科及以上学历，有托福、ESL、雅思等证书更佳

3. 1 year teaching experience required,Phonics is preferred1年及以上教学经验，有Phonics方面教学经验更佳

4. The candidate should love teaching work, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.热爱教育行业，对学生有责任心有耐心，能够很好地与同事协作，有团队精神5. Enjoy staying with kids or adult, energetic, patient,responsible, excellent interpersonal & communication skill.Employment type : full-time or Part-time乐于与大人和小孩相处，有活力、耐心、负责、优秀的人际交往能力
