岗位职责:

？ 贯彻执行国家、公司关于设备设计制造、检修、维护保养及施工方面的标准。负责制定和修订各类设备的操作规程和管理制度。
Implement standards on equipment design and fabrication, inspection and repair, maintenance and construction of the state and the company. Be responsible to formulate and revise all kinds of equipment operation procedures and management regulations.
？ 负责各类设备维护、保养，使设备在生产过程中处于安全可靠且受控状态。
Be responsible for maintenance of all kinds of equipment to ensure reliability and control of the equipment during the process of production.
？ 负责编制大、中、小修计划、备品备件计划和设备更新改造计划，组织实施直至验收合格。
Be responsible to formulate plans for large, medium and small scale maintenance, spares and renewal and modification of equipment and organize execution till the completion of acceptance tests.
？ 在新项目建设时期，负责职责范围内的生产准备工作，协助项目组，作好OSBL的项目管理，参与单机试车、联动试车和竣工验收。
Be responsible for production preparations in the responsible area during construction of new projects, assist the project team to complete OSBL project management and participate in unit test, united commissioning and completion tests.
？ 负责编制各种设备台帐、档案的格式，并组织填写，保证内容清晰、真实、有效。
Be responsible to formulate all kinds of equipment ledgers and formats of archives and organize filling of the documents to ensure the contents are clear, authentic and valid.
？ 配合机械工程师负责向所属部门员工实施全部培训计划。
Cooperate with mechanical engineers to execute the complete training plan to the staff of the department.
？ 负责对工程服务部、OSBL化学组和工艺组的协调工作。
Be responsible for coordination of ES, OSBL chemical team and process team.
？ 通过RCFA对于关键设备、机组的异常工况进行分析判断，并制定改进方案。
Analyse and judge abnormalities of key equipment and production units via RCFA and formulate improvement plans.
？ 配合MOC中设备相关内容的审核及HAZOP审核。
Assist in the equipment-related review of MOC and HAZOP assessment.
？ 以节能增效为目的推进部门的持续改进工作。
Push CI of the department aiming at energy saving and efficiency improvement.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 大学本科及以上学历，化工或机械管理专业。
Bachelor degree or above; major in chemical or mechanical management.
？ 至少5年以上化工行业机械维修经验，担任过2年以上管道维护管理工作。
More than 5-year work experience of chemical industrial mechanical maintenance; more than 2-year management experience of pipe maintenance;
？ 具有新建化工装置设备单机试车、系统运行管理经验优先。
Management experience of unit test of new chemical equipment and system operation is preferred;
？ 熟悉各类设备相关标准和法规。有较好的安全意识。
Familiar with all kinds of standards and laws related to the equipment; strong safety sense;
？ 有良好的沟通和协调能力，善于协调并建立必要的人际关系。
Good at communication and coordination; good at coordinating and establishing necessary interpersonal relationship;
？ 有较强的责任心，积极主动完成工作。
Strong sense of responsibility; complete work in self-initiative way;
？ 熟练使用办公自动化者优先。
Proficiency in the use of office automation software is preferred.
？ 英语四级及以上水平。
CET-4 or above.
