Key Responsibility:

- Manage daily wealth product booking operations

- Evaluate and ensure that all transactions are within the Bank's risk framework

- Monitor and maintain customer's transactions record and reconciliation

- Liaise closely with PFS and Finance team on the product booking operations

- Ensure operations are in compliance with Bank's policies, internal and external audit, as well as local regulations

- Continuously seize opportunities to streamline operational process and procedures with corresponding risk controls

- Manage team operation, identify talent within team and ensure team to keep up to date with changes in market/industry practices

- Work on any other tasks assigned

Requirement:

- University graduate with at least 5 years experience in banking operation

- Solid knowledge of wealth products

- Experience in QDII, Onshore UT is an advantage

- Familiar with PBOC, SAFE, CBRC regulations

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellence communication and problem solving skills

- Good attitude, willing to work hard and under pressure and keen to grow

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
