Main Job Responsibilities:

-Investigate and analysis the system issues raised from branch/ OC user in daily work. If necessary, raise a change request to UOBS BTS/external vendor and track it.

-To meet some regulations or business unit's request, investigate the feasibility to enhance system, and communicate with UOBS BTS/external vendor, raise a change request.

-Conduct related system UAT (error log/ change request/ regression UAT) and analyze the impact

-Get acquainted with newest business knowledge, products, regulation requirement related with Trade; Participate & support related system project, raise constructive suggestion and idea for system enhancement.

-Conduct & support TROC admin daily operation to make sure the operation team working smoothly.

-Team data analysis and report, monthly/quarterly/yearly risk control report, etc.

-Other tasks assigned by team head.

Job Requirement:

-at least 3-5 years Banking relevant experience

-Good communication skills and English skills

-Able to handle pressure

-A good team player
