Position: Intern (Secretary/Assistant to Deputy Branch Manager)

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to Division Head where needed; Complete all routine secretarial and administrative duties.
2. Maintain Division Head's daily schedule.
3. Coordinate office activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operations.
4. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background documents as necessary.
5. Receive and screen communications to Division Head, judgment to determine their priority attentions.
6. Prioritize, channel and facilitate communications from Division Head’s cabinets and external contacts.
7. Provide follow up to assignments given to managements by Division Head, Generate tracking / status report on regular basic.
8. Make travel arrangements; maintain appointment schedules and calendars for Division Head.
9. Draft or prepare various documents and presentations by using proper applications.
10. Attend to Division Head's personal matters as requested.
    
    

Competencies and Qualifications Desired

1. Proficient in both oral and written English.

2. Team player, detail oriented, patient, good communication skills.

3. Feel comfortable to deal with daily admin works and provide assistance to the team.

4. Able to work at least 4 days/week for 4 months (able to work for at least 4 months would be ideal), can start to work as soon as possible.
