Position: Senior Product Manager - Deposits Product Management

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Deposit Strategy and Managements

a) On ongoing basis, track IFS deposit performance, and overall management of deposit profile.

b) Provide policy on margin and/or pricing decision, and delegate of authority accordingly, when necessary.

c) Provide day-to-day guidance/policy on interest rate and FTP policy, when necessary.

d) Working with relevant business unit, to determine LP policy, when necessary.

e) Develop and drive campaign and/or sales behavior to achieve the desired deposit short/long term mix.

f) Develop and drive campaign and/or sales behavior to achieve the desired deposit stickiness.

2. Deposit Product Developments

a) Day to day monitoring of the market and/or regulatory development.

b) Working with relevant business unit, deposit product development, including ASDs (trench and/or tailor-made).

3. LDR Monitoring.

a) Working with relevant business unit/segments, to provide deposit/loan forecast/repayment, and hence achieving monitoring of LDR for each segment within IFS.

b) Overall management of the deposits profile

1. To understand the deposits (CASAs, FDs & ASDs) maturity profile.

2. The rollover and/or placement behavior.

3. Monitor and highlight any potential concentration risk.

4. Provide segments with the maturity profile for rollover.

c) To ensure financial entries (revenue, cost, LP etc) to be correctly passed.

4. Business Development.

a) For large cash management deals (revenue= SGD100k p.a.), to coordinate among TB sales, Product Managers and segment RMs.

b) To monitor and drive the progress of such deals.

c) When necessary, to work with T&O on the necessary procedure and framework and/or product/process improvement, when delivering/implementing such deals.

5. ALCO Matters.

a) Prepare and update management on deposit portfolio performance.

b) To prepare periodic paper for ALCO.

Requirements:

? A recognized university degree

? At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in deposits product management

? Experience in managing of deposits in both corporate and retail customer

segments will be an advantage

? Meticulous and detailed, with good analytical skills

? Familiarity with data-mining and/or data analysis tools will be a plus

? Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
