Job Description
Main Responsibilities
1. Play a key and strategic role in formulating, implementing and monitoring all HR/Admin Policies and procedures, such as expatriate administration, travel policy, international assignment policy, etc.
2. Ensure that efficient and effective HR and administrative services are provided to all Functions within the bank
3. Direct a variety of human resource-related programs to enhance organization capacity to meet the company human resource requirements and business needs,including liaise with line manager to handle critical employee issues, health management, complaints and so on
4. Build and foster a culture of employment commitment and engagement to reinforce the organization business strategies for continuous growth and improvement
5. Ensure all HR/Admin Initiatives and issues meet with local regulatory requirements
6. Cover other HR/Admin related work assigned by Head of Human Resources
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration related
2. Yrs of relevant experience: Minimum 8 years experience on HR/Admin in Multi-national companies, consulting, financial industry or manufacture industry is preferable
3. Specific knowledge & skills:
3.1 Knowledge: Solid knowledge of office administration, corporate policies implementation and other HR related
3.2 Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English
3.3 Other skills: Strong interpersonal skill, team work spirit and can work under high pressure, ability to take multi-task
