Job Description

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers
Responsible for team's sales performance, service standards, operation and compliance standards
Required to lead in networking events, perform daily one on one coaching, performance measurement and conduct regular performance review to lift team's sales performance
Create a competitive, fair and positive work environment to cultivate team spirit
Motivate, lead and encourage team members to work towards achieving team's targets
Participate in strategic business planning and guide team in the implementation of acquisition initiatives successfully



Requirements

At least 3 years working experience in retail banking with good sales performance.
Solid knowledge on financial field, selling skills, banking products, regulatory, etc.
Hands-on experience in presentation or conduct training in public;
Strong leadership and proficient in communication with internal and external colleagues.
Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese);
