KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

1. Grow and expand the business with existing customers to achieve sales target

2. Develop new applications and markets for FFN business in Greater China

3. Manage, support and coach distributors to optimize the distribution channel

4. Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting to ensure the accuracy

5. Handle and settle customer complaints on time and professionally

6. Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Bachelor degree in Food Sciences or Chemistry

2. More than 5 years sales experience in food industry, preferably in Food Ingredients with strong technical background

3. Language skill – native Mandarin, fluent English (written & verbal)

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Comfortable with matrix management and working in teams

6. Responsible, positive & self-motivated

7. Good Negotiation and persuasion skills

8. Problem solving

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
