Customer service representative for Luxury brand job description:

- This position need native Cantonese Speaker to answer inquiries of HK MACAU.

- Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customers ***** calls, emails and chats

- Follow up all customer request within specified deadlines to ensure that the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry

- Strong English ability and interest in Luxury industry

In this key role you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our client’s products and brand. You will provide information on product availability, price as well as offering our customer general purchase advice.
