概要

日语生物技术支持通过电子邮件、电话、在线聊天向日本客户提供分子生物学实验支持； 并与美国总部的同事合作。这是一个入门级的技术服务职位；我们将提供全面的培训和职业发展。

职责包括但不限于以下内容：

协助日本客户选择合适的试剂，优化实验流程。

与日本代理商合作，帮助他们进行产品选择和技术故障排除，以确保日本客户的满意度。

将市场资料、网站等内容由英文翻译成日文。

能自信而平和的面对客户，同事和经理。作为团队成员有效地工作以确保最高水平的客户支持。

候选人必须拥有生物学学士学位或生命科学相关学科的科学背景。有技术服务和/或实验室经验者可优先录取，但不是必需的。具备良好的沟通和客户服务技能。具备良好的日语书面和口头表达能力。

Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., LTD. has immediate openings for Japanese speaking Technical Service Representatives in its Shanghai division.

SUMMARY

Japanese speaking Technical Service Representatives provide molecular biology protocol support to Japanese customers via e-mail, telephones and live chat. This is an entry-level Technical Service position; training and career development will be provided.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist Japanese customers in choosing appropriate reagents and optimizing protocols.

Works with Japanese distributors on product selection and technical troubleshooting to ensure Japanese customers’ satisfaction.

Translating marketing materials and other texts to Japanese.

Demonstrates confidence and poise when dealing with customers, peers, and managers. Works effectively as a team player, supporting and cross-training other staff members to ensure the highest levels of customer support.

Candidate must have a scientific background with a Bachelor's Degree in biology or a related life science discipline. Prior technical service and/or lab experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Bilingual in Japanese (written and verbal) is a must.
