Position Summary
岗位综述
This position develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s goals in key financial performance indicators; grow sales and profits; increase market share; manage and develop sales team for the food additives products of the company..
制定并实现战略性的销售计划,以实现公司的关键的财务性业务指标。 建立、管理和发展公司食品添加剂产品的销售团队,实现销售增长和利润指标;增加市场份额。
This position will report to Chief Operation Officer
该岗位直接向公司首席运营官汇报。
Key Responsibilities
岗位职责
1. To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s goals in key financial performance indicators.
制定并实现战略性的销售计划,以实现公司的关键的财务性业务指标。
2. To continuously seek growth opportunities.
不断地寻求业务增长机会
3. To develop a strong sales team and implement best practices to give customer value-added services.
发展优秀的销售团队,并给客户提供最好的增值服务
4. To establish and maintain strong rapport with existing customers.
在现有的客户中建立和维护良好的关系
5. To develop new customers and expand market shares.
发展新的客户并扩展市场份额。
6. To strive to be the first choice of supplier to any customers.
努力成为客户的首选供应商。
7. To review, analyze and report sales performance periodically (monthly, quarterly) against set budget and recommend corrective action to improve performance in the ensuing periods.
定期(月度,季度)回顾,分析,汇报和预算相比的销售业绩,提出确保完成下阶段销售业绩的改进建议
8. To be part of the management team and participate actively in business decisions to enhance the overall performance of the business unit and the company.
作为管理团队的一部分,积极参与商务决策,提高商务团队和公司的全面业绩。
9. To work closely with production, logistic and support personnel in the company.
与公司的生产、物流和其他后勤支持团队紧密合作
Requirements
岗位要求
1. Education – Bsc degree above. Prefer in Chemical or Biology enginnering, with dual degree in sound business/ commercial education is much more preferred
教育-本科以上学历,化学或生物化工相关专业,有商务教育背景尤佳
2. Work experience - At least 8 years’ solid experience in sales & marketing management experience in industrial food additives products.
工作经验-8年以上成功的在食品添加剂产品领域的销售和市场管理经验
3. Skills required :
技术要求:
1) Have good knowledge of business environment in China
了解中国商务环境
2) Strong market analytical skills as well as business acumen
优秀的市场分析能力和敏锐的市场洞察力
3) Good leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate the sales team
优秀的领导力和人际关系处理能力,领导并发展销售团队
4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
具有优秀的沟通和商务谈判力
5) Result orientated, strive for successful and good goal management skill,
结果导向, 追求成功以及优秀的目标管理能力
6) Strong diplomatic ability to deal with various local authorities and customs
优秀的政府关系处理能力
4. Special qualifications: Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin. English communication
skills is prefered
特殊要求:流利的中文沟通能力(口语和书写)。能用英语沟通尤佳。
