*遵守公司各项规章制度，按照要求完成安装/调试/维修等服务任务，并及时向上级汇报；

Comply with the rules and regulations of the company, finish all kinds of tasks including installation, commissioning, maintenance according to the requirement, and report to line manager timely.

*负责设备的终验收，确保终验收报告的顺利签订；

Be responsible for the final acceptance of the equipment, and ensure to smoothly get the final acceptance report customer signed.

*为客户提供培训支持，包括设备操作、维修等；

Provide customers with training service including equipment operation, maintenance and so on.

*及时响应客户需求，为有效订单提供设备维修/维护服务；

Respond to customer needs timely and provide valid orders with maintenance service.

*负责内、外部沟通协调，以确保任务保质保量完成；

Keep a good internal and external communication, and ensure to finish the tasks with nice quality and quantity.

*现场分包商的监督管理，以确保任务的顺利完成；

On-site sub-contractor supervision and administration, and ensure to smoothly finish the tasks

*提供售前技术支持，并协助备件销售工作

Provide presale technical support and assist to support spare part sales

*现场工具及缺陷备件的统计管理

The tools and flawed components management on site

*按要求填写相关报表，包括工时表、服务报告、培训记录清单等，并及时提交；

Timely fill in and submit all kinds of reports including time-sheet, service report, training list and so on

*严格遵守公司财务制度，及时提交各类报销单；

Strictly comply with financial regulations of the company and timely submit all kinds of expense claims

*按要求参加各类培训以提高工作技能，并通过考核；

Attend all kinds of required trainings and ensure to pass the exam

*执行领导布置的其他相关工作

Perform other tasks required or assigned by line manager
